As a Western New England University student, you are responsible for abiding by the policies and procedures of Western New England University and the School of Law.
In addition to the Law School Student Handbook, students of the School of Law are fully subject to the University Code of Conduct, Student Handbook, standards, processes, and remedies set forth therein. Policies and procedures not covered in the Law School Handbook are governed by the Western New England University Handbook. Handbook revisions will be posted on the website and all students are responsible for knowing and complying with these standards and regulations.
The Law Student Handbook addresses Academic Standards and the Honor Code for students enrolled at the School of Law and is the authoritative handbook for Academic Standards and the Honor Code.
