Practicing Law as a Student
Under certain circumstances, allows students to represent clients in cases or proceedings pending before administrative agencies or in any court of the Commonwealth. Additionally, the Connecticut Superior Court Practice Book Rules 3-14 through 3-20 permit the certification of student interns for legal practice.
